The Georgetown Public Library hosts an Ultimaker 3D Printer provided by the Delaware Division of Libraries for public use. The 3D Printer prints 3-dimensional objects using corn-based PLA filament. It supports classroom assignments and personal creativity. SketchUp and Blender are available on the computers in the library to design objects. Both pieces of software are free, and may be installed on your home computer. Models may also be downloaded from MakerBot Thingiverse. Please preview your model in Cura before submitting. At this time, there are no charges for 3D printing.
