The Georgetown Public Library meeting room is located on the second floor of the library. It is accessible by way of stairs or elevator.
The large meeting is one large room (52 ft. x 34 ft.) which can hold approximately 200 people -- standing room only. If tables and chairs are required, the large room can comfortably hold 100 – 125 seated people. The tables are rectangular (2 ½ ft. by 5 ft.) and can seat 4 people per table if using both sides of the table.
The large room can be divided into 2 medium rooms with a folding wall. Then 2 groups can use one-half of the meeting room at the same time.
There is a small serving kitchen that can be accessed by Meeting Room B. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and sink in the kitchen. Groups using the kitchen must bring their own paper products for food use and must clean up the kitchen.
