The Board reserves the right to adjust the rental fees listed above depending upon the size of the meeting, use of kitchen facilities, and purpose of the meeting.
 
In the event that an organization cancels it meeting, the organization’s designated representative will notify the Library as soon as possible. The fee may not be reimbursed.
